Compared to the present sludge treatment solution by chemical treatment, EcoClay is a more cost effective and eco-friendly solution in sludge re-utilization for water utility companies to comply with Environmental Act in ensuring a more sustainable water resources by minimizing sludge disposal into river and landfill that lead to water pollution by metal. Use of EcoClay as an alternative raw material for clay, ceramic and pottery products also helps to reduce deforestation due to clay mining.
